Nuovo album per i Porridge Radio. La band è tornata con la notizia di un nuovo album: Clouds in the Sky They Will Always Be There for Me che sarà disponibile il 18 ottobre tramite Secretly Canadian. Il quarto album della band è stato preceduto dal nuovo singolo “Sick of the Blues”, che viene allegato a un video estratto dalla loro recente esibizione al Centre Pompidou di Parigi.
Dana Margolin dei Porridge Radio ha dichiarato:
Clouds in the Sky They Will Always Be There for Me è descritto come “un momento di formazione ispirato al burnout, all’industria musicale, al crepacuore e alla crescente immersione della leader della band Dana Margolin nel suo mestiere di artista”.
“Quasi tutte le canzoni sono iniziate come poesie. In una poesia, però, non puoi nasconderti”.
L’ultimo album dei Porridge Radio è stato Waterslide, Diving Board, Ladder to the Sky del 2022. Contestualmente all’annuncio la band ha annunciato un tour in Europa e negli Stati Uniti che al momento, purtroppo, non interesseranno il suolo italiano.
