I Gang Of Four annunciano la pubblicazione di un boxset di cui l’uscita è prevista a dicembre. Il cofanetto includerà “Entertainment!” del 1979 e “Solid Gold” del 1981.

Un ricco boxset targato Gang of Four

A otto mesi di distanza dalla scomparsa dello storico frontman Andy Gill, i Gang of Four annunciano una ricca pubblicazione. Il gruppo ha annunciato che sarà disponibile l’11 dicembre – per la Matador Records –  “Gang of Four: 77-81”, un nuovo boxset che include gli album (rimasterizzati) “Entertainment!” (1979) e “Solid Gold” (1981). Il materiale sarà inoltre infarcito dai tape analogici originali, un’esclusiva collezione di singoli e il disco dal vivo mai svelato prima “Live at American Indian Center 1980”.

Per i fan della band le sorprese non finiscono qui: il boxset conterrà inoltre una cassetta con outtakes, rarità e demo studio, un libro di 100 pagine con foto mai mostrate, posters, flyers, testi e note.
